Employment Attorney

Our client firm has well-developed and documented processes, including a specially trained intake department, an automated matter workflow system, and a data-driven marketing plan. The firm emphasizes reputation development, attorney-client relationships, client satisfaction, and quality control, all under a systematic approach that is continuously tested and improved upon.
Our client is looking to add lead/senior attorneys in every location who can be responsible for employment law cases throughout the life cycle of the case.
Attorney Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school
- Active bar license
- Highly skilled litigator with a minimum of five years of experience at trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Well-versed in federal and state employment law, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence
- Powerful high-stakes negotiation skills
- Skillful interpersonal skills for communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Independent and proactive case management skills and ability
- Skilled user of technology
