Creditors Rights Litigation Associate

Situation.  Our mid-size law firm cient is seeking an experienced associate-level creditors rights attorney.  This is a key role for the firm as they continue to serve their clients and add more. This role is aligned with the firm's career progression path to partner.

The Role.  Our client seeks an associate-level attorney experienced in commercial litigation to represent businesses in matters related to one or more of the practice areas including:

• Commercial Litigation
• Construction Law
• Equipment Leasing & Finance Litigation
• Commercial Real Estate Disputes
• Commercial Creditor Bankruptcy
• General Creditors’ Rights.

Prerequisites for the role.  

• 2+ years' experience in developing and serving clients in some mix of the above listed practice areas
• Experience working in a private litigation practice 
• NC Bar license in good standing
